JOB DESCRIPTION

Join the Trade & Working Capital Product Delivery team and drive impactful project execution across strategic programs. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery and robust project management standards. Be part of a dynamic environment where your expertise shapes operational excellence and program success.

As a Product Delivery Associate of the Trade & Working Capital Product Delivery team, your primary responsibility will be to support execution of strategic programs by working closely with Program & Project Managers. You will work with partners across Product, Technology, Operations & various cross functional groups to ensure that all projects are delivered with a consistent high level of quality and project management discipline. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Program Management Office by managing documented processes (i.e. new project requests, resource allocation, change controls, etc.), creating project tracking reports and presentations, and enforcing  standards and governance through toll gating and project reviews.
  • Manage small to medium projects.  
  • Assist in Project Reporting by managing the program/project status reporting tools, delivering weekly status reports to stakeholders and Sr. Management, and executing ad-hoc reporting as required by the project stakeholders.
  • Creating presentations which are fit for purpose to assist with Program reporting across Operating & Steering Committee meetings.
  • Aid in project initiatives through execution of project tasks (i.e. meeting agendas, minutes, action log, etc.).
  • Manage multiple document repositories supporting the project office & project managers
  • Understand how projects are managed and executed by learning process and program reporting.  Work alongside project/program managers with documentation and communication.
  • Work with cross functional partners & assist in necessary project approvals & facilitation of workshops.

Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 5+ years of  experience as a Project Analyst, executing projects within the financial services industry. 
  • Project Management exposure & understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Strong project, problem solving and process management skills
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships across business lines, cultures and various functions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong familiarity with project management and analysis software, such as Excel, MS Project, JIRA, Visio, SharePoint, etc..
  • Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and delivery-focused individual who is able to work independently.
  • Analytical experience; analyze large amounts of data to understand and summarize complex information. 
  • Bachelor’s degree is required

  • Possess strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate they are customer oriented by understanding the customer experience
  • Have a proven ability to operate in a process-oriented environment, adhere to risk/control, procedure and process expectations, while appropriately delivering what’s best for the customer.
  • Trade & Working Capital and Payments industry knowledge and experience
