Technical Product Manager

About Us

We help banks and credit unions deliver seamless digital experiences through integrations that connect our platform to the leading online banking systems, cores, and fintech partners. From content delivery inside Banno, Q2, Alkami, and Candescent to data integrations with Jack Henry PowerOns, Corelation, FinGoal, Velocity, and more — we give financial institutions the tools they need to engage customers and members wherever they are.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to own our integration strategy end-to-end. This includes:

  • Designing a cohesive approach for content delivery across multiple digital banking platforms.

  • Leading data integration efforts with cores, third-party fintechs, and vendor APIs.

  • Partnering with other teams on go-to-market (GTM) strategy, ensuring integrations translate into customer value and revenue.

  • Working directly with vendor and fintech partners to discover new integration opportunities and bring them to market.

This role is both strategic and deeply technical: you’ll know the APIs, SDKs, and data models of our partners as well as the tradeoffs of embedding content across different platforms. You’ll be the connector between customers, vendors, engineering, and GTM teams.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Strategy & Execution

  • Own the roadmap for all integrations: digital banking platforms, cores, and fintech partners.

  • Develop a cross-platform strategy for content delivery, balancing consistency with vendor-specific constraints (Banno, Q2, Alkami, Candescent).

  • Define and prioritize data integrations with systems like Jack Henry (PowerOns), Corelation, FinGoal, Velocity, and other fintechs.

  • Ensure integrations are scalable, secure, and aligned with regulatory/compliance standards.

Technical Expertise

  • Serve as the SME for partner APIs, SDKs, and data models — understanding both their capabilities and limitations.

  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and clear acceptance criteria.
Work with engineering on proof-of-concepts, architectural decisions, and technical tradeoffs.

  • Track vendor platform updates and proactively evolve our integration strategy.

Partner & Market Development

  • Work directly with vendors, cores, and fintech partners to identify and evaluate new integration opportunities.

  • Partner with business development and GTM teams to align integrations with market positioning, sales enablement, and customer messaging.

  • Represent integration capabilities with customers and partners as the product voice.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Define KPIs for integration success: adoption, usage, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

  • Analyze integration performance and adjust strategy based on outcomes.

Qualifications

Required

  • Proven experience in product management or technical program management, ideally in fintech, banking technology, or SaaS.

  • Hands-on experience with digital banking platforms (Banno, Q2, Alkami, Candescent) and core/fintech integrations (e.g., PowerOns, Corelation, FinGoal, Velocity).

  • Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, authentication flows, and data integration patterns.

  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on technical detail.

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with engineering, BD, and GTM teams.

Preferred

  • Experience working directly with banks, credit unions, or fintech vendors on integrations.

  • Background in API-first product development, financial data models, or core banking systems.

  • Familiarity with compliance, risk, and security considerations in financial data exchange.
