Shift Manager – PM Shift 14:00/22:00 5/7
As a PM Shift Process Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a critical area of the hub during one of our busiest operational windows. Whether leading Inbound, Outbound, Manual or International, you’ll work in partnership with the Operations Manager to ensure productivity, compliance and cost performance are delivered against plan.
You’ll lead from the front — coordinating resources, coaching leaders, solving problems in real time and using operational data to drive continuous improvement. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-pressure environment and takes pride in running a safe, efficient and people-focused operation.
Responsibilities
Plan, manage and control PM shift operations to deliver productivity and throughput targets
Ensure effective resourcing across the shift to meet forecasted volumes and service levels
Lead, develop and performance-manage Supervisors and Team Leaders
Manage operational costs, Client SLAs, asset usage and performance reporting
Maintain high standards of health & safety, hygiene and quality through audits and safe systems of work
Drive consistency, reduce damages and promote best-practice ways of working
