.Net Developer

In DI Solutions, we are looking for a junior .NET software engineer to join our agile delivery team and work on exciting projects using cutting-edge technologies. You will be responsible for developing, testing and maintaining high-quality web applications and APIs using C# .NET Core MVC/Web API principally to meet our client needs.

Design develop and test web application and APIs using .NET Core, C# and Azure/AWS
Collaborate with other engineers, product owners and business analysts as part of the agile delivery squad
Follow best practice standards for development, testing and documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve issues and bugs in a timely manner
Be able to give accurate estimates on tasks - ensuring that seniors are kept aware of your progression throughout an iteration

1 year of experience in development using .NET, C# or Java
Familiarity with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
Knowledge of web development tools and frameworks, such as ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, Blazor etc.
Experience with unit testing, integration testing and code analysis tools
Good communication and teamwork skills
A working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
Good presentation skills
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, software engineering or a related field
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Experience with various database providers (e.g. PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB)
Experience with cloud native development (AWS Lambdas or Azure Functions etc.)
Experience with a front-end SPA framework (e.g. React, Angular)
