Join Barclays as an Agile Delivery Lead working within our SAFe delivery teams. You’ll be responsible for driving the successful delivery of large-scale technology platforms and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership and facilitation skills to navigate complex financial environments and deliver impactful solutions.

To be successful as an Agile Delivery Lead, you should have:

• Certified Agile Coach or Practitioner credentials with demonstrated experience in running Agile Release Trains.
• Deep knowledge of investment banking products or processes, including trade lifecycles, settlements, and risk management.
• Proven ability to manage large technology platform deliveries, addressing intricate financial and regulatory requirements.

Some other highly valued skills may include:

• Expertise working within a SAFe programme, liaising with multiple feature teams, stakeholders and RTE’s
• Expertise in managing project risks, tracking progress, budgets, and financials.
• Strong facilitation skills for business analysis, training, and senior stakeholder communication to drive consensus.
• A robust sense of ownership and accountability for delivering business outcomes.
