WD PSA Lead – America’s
As a temporary Workday PSA Lead in Kainos, Contractor will be acting in a lead capacity, in implementing and configuring Workday solutions for the Kainos global customer base and be an expert in Workday Financials and PSA. Contractor will have: • A deep understanding of Workday PSA • Excellent customer focus, able to assess Kainos customer needs, build relationships and manage customer expectations. Contractor will be able to intervene effectively and resolve customer escalations appropriately • Strong commercial awareness and complete understanding of project and business dynamics • Broad business and technology experience and a good awareness of industry trends and their potential impact on product • Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure taking a balanced view of customer demands and Kainos commercials • Excellent consulting skills e.g. leading largescale workshops with multiple stakeholders, liaising confidently and effectively with senior executives · Understanding of risk management and able to manage risk
