About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will perform complex research, design, and software development tasks. You will provide valuable input to project plans and schedules, and mentor junior team members. Additionally, you will effectively communicate with users to translate their requirements into solutions.
 

Responsibilities

• Performing software design across multiple systems
• Mentoring junior team members
• Communicating with users/customers to translate their requests into solutions
• Interfacing with technical personnel to finalize requirements
• Completing complex bug fixes
• Understanding and translating complex product requirements into software designs
• Implementing development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews
• Resolving complex technical issues as necessary

Requirements

• Possess extensive experience in Software Engineering.
• Be proficient in data manipulation language and optimization techniques
• Possess advanced knowledge of software development methodologies
• Hold a BS in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Be knowledgeable in industry best practices in development
• Have expertise in development languages such as Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, C/C++, HTML, XML, SQL, Windows, UNIX, and .Net
• Exhibit excellent research skills
• Possess good oral and written communication skills
