- Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering, Engineer, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience working bridging the gap between business and AI, or a related field, with a focus on Generative AI.
- Expert-level understanding of GenAI concepts and technologies, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), ontologies, knowledge graphs, RAG, Agentic flow, LLM evaluation
- Hands-on experience with LLMs prompting, prototype design, GenAI prototyping
- Experience with working with technical expert teams, designing and implementing scalable, secure, and robust AI solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Experience in combining of business focus, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and programming knowledge to understand cycle hypothesis through the discovery phase of the project
Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree is preferred
- Experience in the biopharma or related industry is a plus.
- Understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and GenAI development tools is a plus
- Hands on experience with coding like Python , SQL etc
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
