Job Summary:
The [Marketing Quantitative Analyst] will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, using advanced quantitative methods to drive marketing and revenue strategies. This role demands a deep understanding of statistical modelling & predictive analytics to enhance decision-making and optimize marketing performance. The ideal candidate will excel in building and automating robust data pipelines, translating complex business problems into data-driven models, and delivering insightful visualizations and narratives to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Data-Driven Modelling and Insights:
Develop and implement advanced statistical models, including regression, clustering, and predictive analytics, to optimize marketing strategies and assess campaign effectiveness.
Build forecasting models to project pipeline generation, predict conversion rates, and recommend data-driven sales and marketing actions.
Conduct scenario modelling to analyse funnel dynamics, from multi-channel digital marketing engagement to bookings, focusing on Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) to support investment optimisation.
Analysis and Reporting, Quality Assurance
Design and deliver dynamic dashboards and reports to track and analyse key marketing metrics such as attribution, velocity, momentum, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with Sales Operations to integrate analytics across platforms like Clari, ensuring cohesive insights into pipeline movements, performance and predictability across executive reporting.
Support the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes & data warehousing solutions to ensure seamless integration of diverse data sources; maintain data definitions
Together with data committee, develop target data state and roadmap to support
Monitor data quality and consistency, troubleshooting cross platform discrepancies to ensure accurate output
Working with IT and Operations, drive cross-platform data wrangling projects to ensure hygiene standards are met, usable and data points continue to evolve to match business expansion
Optimization and Innovation:
Use advanced statistical techniques (e.g., decision trees, A/B testing, optimization algorithms) to identify areas for improvement in marketing workflows & customer journey
Where necessarily, build business cases to introduce additional tooling to support analysis, for example Bizible, Dojo.
Stakeholder Communication:
Translate complex data findings into compelling visual narratives and presentations tailored to various audiences, including executive leadership.
Partner with marketing, sales, finance, and product teams to align insights with strategic objectives.
Lead analytics projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timelines, accuracy, and alignment with business priorities are kept to and clearly communicated
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or Engineering.
5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related quantitative role in B2B enterprise or growth environments.
Strong understanding of marketing mix, multi-channel acquisition strategies, multitouch attribution modelling, campaign & funnel reporting
Expertise in statistical modelling, data visualization, and performance-driven analysis, with a focus on marketing efficiency, effectiveness and attribution frameworks.
Strong proficiency in tools and languages such as Google BigQuery, Python, SQL, Power BI, Excel. Q or R experience a plus. Experience with marketing technology stacks, including Salesforce, Pardot (or similar), Clari, Google Analytics, and account-based marketing tools such as DemandBase a must.
Additional experience with Pendo,Amplitude, Segment, CDPs, Mixpanel, Bizible, Dojo, or Supermetrics a bonus.
Experience with maintaining operating rhythm through major platform migrations a plus
Demonstrated ability to manage data pipelines and ensure data accuracy & longevity across complex systems.
Experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG) environments is a plus.
