As a Product Delivery Manager within the Fusion Product team, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. you will serve as a crucial point of contact for both clients and internal teams, comprehending their business necessities and technical prerequisites. Your role will involve ensuring a smooth client experience by striking a balance between support, service, and relationship management.
