About the job you're considering

As an Oracle Senior Cloud HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for our clients. You will work closely with client stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective HCM solutions. Additionally, you will play a vital role in pre-sales activities, including bid opportunities, solution proposals, and client presentations.
 

Your role

  • Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and other HCM modules.  Conduct requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews with clients to understand their business processes and needs.  Configure/support configuration of the Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet client-specific requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on the functionalities and best practices of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud applications, ensuring timely and effective resolution.  Collaborate with the sales team to support new business opportunities and develop tailored HCM Cloud solutions for prospective clients.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including client presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development.  Assist in the creation of bid responses, solution proposals, and other sales collateral.
     

Your skills and experience

  • Strong understanding of HCM and Talent processes, product capabilities, roadmap, and best practices.
  • Proven expertise in configuring and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Time & Absence and Talent Management.
  • Additional skills and experience in implementing at least one or more of the following products such as Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Benefits and Payroll Cloud would be desirable. 
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) preferred.
  • Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud Implementation Professional Certification
  • Oracle Talent Management Cloud Implementation Professional Certification
  • Oracle Absence Management Cloud Implementation Professional Certification
  • Oracle Time and Labour Cloud Implementation Professional Certification
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
  • Experience in pre-sales activities, including client presentations and proposal development.
  • Professional CIPD qualification is desirable.
     

Your security clearance

To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks. 
There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
There are other criteria and check required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
