Purpose of Role
The Digital Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in driving the design and development of
innovative solutions that align with our enterprise architecture. This position requires a strong
technical background, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The
successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders to provide
architectural guidance, gather and refine requirements and ensure the delivery of high-quality,
scalable, and secure solutions.
Responsibilities
 Solution Design: Lead the design and development of innovative solutions, ensuring
they align with our overall enterprise architecture and meet business requirements.
 Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather
and refine functional and non-functional requirements.
 Architectural Guidance: Provide architectural guidance to development teams, ensuring
that solutions are designed to be scalable, maintainable, and secure. Contribute to the
development of the Enterprise architecture principles and best practices and ensure the
related application at Squad level.
 Technology Selection: Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools to
implement solutions.
 Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the IT Delivery Manager and the
Business Analysts teams to ensure a smooth transition from design to development and
deployment.
 Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the business analysts to ensure that solutions meet
quality standards and adhere to best practices.
 Documentation: Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation.
 Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and drive innovation within
the organization.
 Training: Works closely to the Business Analysts to deliver training modules to ensure
successful change management.
Requirements
 Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of software development methodologies,
design patterns, and architectural principles. Experience in working with Salesforce
(Marketing Cloud, Intelligence, Service Cloud, Data Cloud) and Optimizely will be
considered a plus.
 Solution Design: Proven ability to design and develop innovative solutions, considering
factors such as scalability, performance, and security.
 Requirements Gathering: Excellent skills in gathering, analysing, and refining functional
and non-functional requirements.
 Architectural Guidance: Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to
development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
 Technology Evaluation: Experience in evaluating and selecting appropriate
technologies and tools to meet business needs.

 Cross-functional Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to
collaborate effectively with various teams, including product owners, business analysts,
and development teams.
 Quality Assurance: Commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and adhering to
industry best practices.
 Documentation: Strong documentation skills to create and maintain clear and concise
architectural documentation.
 Innovation: Passion for emerging technologies and a drive to continuously improve
processes and solutions.
 Training and Change Management: Ability to work closely with business analysts to
develop and deliver effective training modules to facilitate successful change
management.
 Strategic Thinking: Ability to align technical solutions with broader business objectives
and anticipate future trends.
 Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve
