What we are looking for

• Science, engineering or maths based educational background to degree level or equivalent
• Demonstrable experience of delivering technically focussed projects with degrees of uncertainty and aptitude for problem solving, solution generation and articulation of outcomes to different audiences
• Demonstrable ability to collaborate with others from diverse backgrounds
• Proven ability to coach and mentor others on technical and soft skills
• Must be able to achieve SC clearance. For this, a minimum of 5 years UK residency is required
