About you:

As a 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the reliability, performance, and security of our clients infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide advanced support and proactive solutions for complex issues related to Citrix, network, SQL, Intune, and Azure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a methodical thought process, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Provide expert-level support for Citrix and RDP environments, to ensure seamless operation and performance.

• Diagnose and resolve complex network issues, optimizing network performance, security, and reliability.

• Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting for SQL databases and applications, optimizing performance and reliability.

• Administer and support Intune for mobile device management and Azure services.

• Collaborate with 2nd Line Support and other teams to resolve escalated technical issues.

• Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and incident resolutions to maintain a knowledge base.

• Implement and maintain security best practices for infrastructure components.

Your skills and experiences might also include: 

• Proven experience as a 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer with a strong focus on Citrix, networks, SQL, Intune, and Azure.

• Citrix certification (e.g., CCA, CCE, CCP) is highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, etc.).

• Proficiency in SQL database management and diagnostics.

• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Azure services.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical thought process.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
