Job Purpose: The GenAI practitioner will design, Generative AI solutions and lead their roll out into the Global Supply Chain, driving innovation and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role will focus on translating strategic goals into practical, scalable AI architectures and solutions that improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and optimize supply chain operations, as well as accompanying the reshaping and transformation of our business processes.

Why is this job critical? This role is critical for architecting and delivering innovative Generative AI solutions into GSK's Global Supply Chain. It ensures the development of robust, scalable AI systems that improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and ultimately contribute to GSK's competitive advantage in the biopharma industry. The GenAI Solution Architect will be instrumental in building the future of our supply chain through practical, impactful AI implementations.

Responsibilities:

Lead GenAI Solution Architecture:

• Develop and articulate a clear, compelling GenAI architectural vision for the Global Supply Chain, aligned with GSK's overall technology strategy.
• Design end-to-end GenAI solutions that address specific business challenges and optimize supply chain functions
• Translate strategic goals and business requirements into practical, scalable AI solutions.
• Assess and mitigate potential risks associated with GenAI solution implementation.
• Ensure compliance with AI governance standards, security best practices, and ethical AI principles.

Drive Innovation and Technology Adoption:

• Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging GenAI technologies and platforms for application within the Global Supply Chain.
• Co-create with the team, prototypes, proof-of-value, and minimum viable products (MVPs) to demonstrate the value of GenAI solutions.
• Drive the adoption of GenAI solutions across the Global Supply Chain through training and knowledge sharing.
• Be eager to learn new technologies quickly

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Meet regularly with customer teams onsite and virtually, collaborating cross-functionally
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to Generative AI partners and stakeholders.
• Partner with multiple team: product, data science, GenAI, etc and business teams to drive the successful implementation of GenAI solutions.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Global Supply Chain to ensure alignment, support, and successful adoption.

Solution Design and Delivery:

• Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and solution designs.
• Create comprehensive documentation for GenAI solutions, including architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and API specifications.
• Design continuous improvement loops leveraging GenAI insights to optimize solution performance and effectiveness.

AI-Driven Ideation and Concept Development:

• Generate innovative product concepts, conduct rapid market research and competitive analysis, and develop initial product requirement documents
• Create preliminary user persona and journey mappings
• Implement AI-driven ideation techniques that complement human creativity

AI-Powered Design and Prototyping:

• Rapidly prototype and create user interface and experience designs
• Create multiple design iterations efficiently including AI-assisted design validation methodologies
• Build prompt engineering strategies for consistent and high-quality design outputs
• Develop comprehensive testing strategies for AI-generated code so that test-driven development can be practiced
• Build tools and frameworks for tracking and auditing AI contributions and security & compliance policy
• Design AI-augmented testing methodologies

Build Compelling Narratives and Presentations:

• Communicate the technical aspects of GenAI solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Present solution designs and architectural recommendations to stakeholders, including executive leadership.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering, Engineer, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience working bridging the gap between business and AI, or a related field, with a focus on Generative AI.
• Expert-level understanding of GenAI concepts and technologies, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), ontologies, knowledge graphs, RAG, Agentic flow, LLM evaluation
• Hands-on experience with LLMs prompting, prototype design, GenAI prototyping
• Experience with working with technical expert teams, designing and implementing scalable, secure, and robust AI solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
• Experience in combining of business focus, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and programming knowledge to understand cycle hypothesis through the discovery phase of the project

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Master's degree is preferred
• Experience in the biopharma or related industry is a plus.
• Understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and GenAI  development tools is a plus
• Hands on experience with coding like Python , SQL etc
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
