Essential Job Functions:
- Lead and manage teams responsible for infrastructure services, ensuring the successful execution of daily operations.
- Develop and implement infrastructure strategies and projects aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and security of infrastructure systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand their infrastructure requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices, security protocols, and compliance standards.
- Act as the primary escalation point for infrastructure-related incidents and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for infrastructure configurations, processes, and policies.
- Optimize resource allocation and support infrastructure initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Industry experience, with at least 3 years in a similar infrastructure management role.
- Strong background in infrastructure technology management, including cloud, networking, and Wintel environments.
- Proven expertise in technical project management, IT operations, and service delivery.
- Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Other Qualifications:
- Advanced degrees in IT, engineering, or a related field are a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, CompTIA Project+, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
