What You Will Do
As a Banking Services Professional with mthree, you’ll play a crucial role in the financial services ecosystem. You will:
- Support trading and operations across the trade lifecycle.
- Analyze and mitigate risk while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with multiple business lines to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
- Serrve as the Product Owner for an Agile team, translating business needs into actionable tasks (non client-facing).
- Break down high-level requirements into product features using the Working Backwards methodology.
- Conduct business and systems analysis to develop detailed technical solutions.
- Collaborate with developers and architects to align product features with system capabilities.
- Lead SAFe PI Planning, prepare and plan feature delivery with the team.
- Define and manage user stories during backlog grooming sessions.
- Prioritize the team backlog and approve completed stories.
- Create clear documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.
