Job Description

Our Delivery Managers are accountable for the overall successful delivery of a project in an account and responsible, as part of a cross-functional team, for driving account growth. You will be responsible for the following: 

  • Managing successful outcomes and driving delivery in the Financial Services Sector across multiple technologies
  • Deliver applications, services, products or platforms 
  • Ensures appropriate governance, standards and quality metrics are applied and adhered to throughout project delivery
  • Responsible for the delivery team within multi-supplier engagements
  • Supporting presales and business development efforts to expand an existing business, including production of contractual documentation such as Statements of Work. You may also be involved in supporting bid responses. 
  • Motivating and empowering your team to create an inclusive and positive culture aligned to Version 1 Core Values

Qualifications

  • Significant evidence of managing successful outcomes and driving delivery of technology projects in Financial Services
  • Experience in managing and leading delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements
  • A background in technology and capable of understanding technology solutions, challenges and future opportunities
  • Evidence of being able to communicate and negotiate effectively and credibly
  • Strong commercial awareness with evidence of building client partnership and business development
  • Presales and business development experience
  • Evidence of building high calibre delivery teams

Additional information

Location: This role can be delivered in a hybrid nature from one of these offices Dublin, Belfast, Birmingham, Manchester, Edinburgh or London.
