Flow Product Owner - Senior Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the Product Management team to partner with the Business.

As a Product Owner within the commercial lending applications team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the transformation and simplification of our systems. You will define and prioritize the product backlog, act as the voice of the customer, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize the product backlog, aligning development with business goals and customer needs.
• Act as the voice of the customer, guiding the development team in delivering valuable features and enhancements
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, creating detailed process models and specifications.
• Conduct workshops and interviews to gather insights and verify requirements for completeness and feasibility.
•  Develop comprehensive test plans and execute system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure timely resolution of defects and issues, validating solutions before deployment.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and best practices, identifying changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate business processes and implement innovative solutions

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years’ experience including minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or loan servicing work, for commercial lending or experience in a Back office/Financial industry
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Strong problem solving and investigative skills to undertake analysis, resolve issues/problems related to the process
• Play a key part in driving innovation and digitization agenda for India and global teams

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Candidates with knowledge of loan systems like Loan IQ, VLS, ACBS will be an added advantage
