Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality London Office. Full time, 37.5 hours per week.

What this role is all about:
The Group Events Team is looking for a creative, capable Events Manager to help deliver a diverse programme of in‑person and digital events. From product launches and conferences to awards dinners, recognition events and overseas incentive trips, you’ll be joining a team that delivers high‑quality experiences across the board.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of planning and delivering your own events, while also supporting colleagues on larger or more complex projects.
Key Actions
- Shape compelling event briefs and transform big ideas into clear, actionable plans
- Orchestrate seamless logistics across multiple live, digital and hybrid events, keeping timelines tight and budgets on point
- Build strong partnerships with venues and suppliers, securing standout experiences at competitive rates
- Drive cohesive event communications in collaboration with marketing and design teams
- Champion flawless onsite and online delivery as the go‑to contact for suppliers, partners and delegates
- Set up and manage slick registration journeys and high‑quality streaming platforms
- Work hand‑in‑hand with production teams to deliver polished live and pre‑recorded content
- Guarantee smooth technical performance and confidently troubleshoot during digital broadcasts
- Support the creation of eye‑catching digital assets, from slides and videos to invitations
- Keep budgets sharp and accurate, managing spend and processing invoices with precision
What do you need to thrive?
- Substantial experience in delivering a wide range of corporate, in-house events (including road shows, conferences, hospitality and digital events) for a medium to large sized corporate, UK business within the professional/financial services sector.
- Experienced at managing and prioritising multiple stakeholders and a heavy workload in a calm and effective manner. Use to managing budgets up to £200k and up to 150 guests.
- Good networker with strong connections and knowledge within the events sector - restaurants, venues, hospitality companies, event/production agencies etc.
- Comfortable travelling solo and staying in hotels overnight when
required - UK and overseas
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships at all levels i.e. staff, external suppliers, VIP's
