Junior Sales Operations Analyst 

Reporting in to: Sales Operations Analytics Manager 

Location: Milton Keynes office - 2 days per week (Tuesdays & Wednesdays) 

As the UK’s favourite property platform, Rightmove aims to give everyone the belief that they can make their move. To help us achieve this, we’re looking for a Junior Sales Operations Analyst to join our team  

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven team player who enjoys diving into data, smoothing out processes, and helping the team run at its best. You’ll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations, looking after many key reports and processes that keep everything running smoothly. You’ll have the opportunity to grow your analytical skills, while building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation. This is a newly created role supporting our Estate Agency business units, working closely alongside the Senior Sales Enablement Manager and the Sales Operations Analyst.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll own many of the reports and processes that help our sales team be the best that they can be, while supporting the other members of the team to develop new tools and deliver data-focused projects. Your work will include:  

  • BAU Reports and processes: run regular reports and processes using a variety of tools provide valuable insights to our sales teams 
  • Keep our CRM system up to date: work with the other members of the team to keep the data in our CRM system clean and up-to-date, and advise when things are out of kilter 
  • Stakeholder management: build relationships with sales managers and other key people around the business to better support them and help find areas for improvement 
  • Develop your data toolkit: you’ll be able to develop analytical skills, such as SQL, requirements gathering and Excel and shadow other team members to grow in the role 
  • Drive tool and system improvements: work with the team to find areas of improvement in the processes and systems we look after 
  • Maintain BI tools: keep our sales and performance dashboards up-to-date and accurate to ensure the sales team have all the info they need at their fingertips 

Who you are:

We’re after a methodical team player who loves working with data 

Essential (must-haves): 

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to run regular reports accurately and consistently
  • Good Excel skills and general data confidence, with a willingness to learn more advanced analytical tools
  • Clear and confident communication skills, able to work with sales stakeholders at different levels
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to spot when something looks “off” and flag or investigate it 
  • Interest in data, processes, and continuous improvement, and enthusiasm for learning how systems and workflows fit together

Desirable (nice-to-haves that can be learned on the job): 

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Sugar) or experience working with customer or sales data
  • Some exposure to BI or reporting tools, or a willingness to learn platforms like Looker and develop SQL skills over time
