The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle. Within USCM, the Marketing Analytics & Investment Services team (MA&IS) delivers data-driven decision making, analytics & business planning to drive profitable growth through personalization strategy and optimized investment decisions.

 

Manager, US Consumer Attribution & Affiliates Analytics as part of MA&IS team will be responsible for driving profitable acquisition growth through innovative targeting solutions, test and learn setup and robust measurement for Affiliate channels. The incumbent will also lead cross-channel attribution strategy across USCM acquisition, and work in partnership with stakeholders across the enterprise, to help understand the right impact of each channel and optimize investments and bounty payments, etc. accordingly.

 

This role is uniquely positioned to leverage a variety of skills including digital analytics, data insights, testing, and partner collaboration. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented individual who has demonstrated sound analytical thinking.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive expertise in Audience segmentation and Custom targeting leveraging Amex & Partner/Affiliates data assets.
  • Understand impact of bounty changes on Affiliates channel growth and develop marketing strategies to drive efficient growth
  • Deconstruct channel performance through developing optimal attribution strategy for various prospect segments across multiple channel touchpoints, and lead investment optimization
  • Drive best in class customer experience, along with maximizing value from acquisitions.
  • Stay current on digital landscape changes and competitive trends.
  • Work in a dynamic, fast changing environment, with attention to detail and effective communication skills.

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong ability to drive results; self-starter.
  • Expertise in application of analytics (applied statistics/quantitative methods) for solving business problems.
  • Ability to multi-task, operate effectively under changing conditions and prioritize initiatives based on business objectives.
  • Excellent collaborator with ability to effectively lead and drive.
  • Bachelors Degree Required, MBA or equivalent degree in economics, statistics, finance, mathematics, etc. preferred.

Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
