Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality London Office. Full time, 37,5 hours per week.
(Required to be in the London office full time when delivering training)

As a Vitality Learning and Development Consultant (Sales), you will have the exciting opportunity to design and deliver world-class training to our dynamic sales teams. Key actions:
- We want you to inspire and equip our sales teams to achieve outstanding results. This covers many areas, such as relationship and influencing skills, comprehensive product knowledge, personal growth, systems, and compliance
- You have a passion for high quality, consultative sales and the force for good this can be
- You are comfortable with a fast-paced multi-product environment, teaching both sales skills and technical insurance information. You make the complex accessible and memorable, displaying outstanding communication skills, storytelling, and adapting to different audiences.
- Your approach to technology including AI shows initiative and independence, continually striving to enhance your abilities and output.
- You build excellent relationships with senior stakeholders that enable all of the above to be achieved.
- You deliver strong project management, combining organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to retain sight of the bigger picture.
- You will ensure that your learning interventions meet an agreed framework for governance and quality, but you also constructively challenge the status quo wherever you see the potential for improvement
What do you need to thrive?
- Experience delivering inductions and training programs for sales professionals. You must thrive in front of an audience and have a genuine passion for training delivery and connecting with your learners.
- Proven ability to deliver memorable presentations and sessions, with strong initiative in research, design, and delivery
- Skilled in facilitating effective discussions for a great learning experience
- Experience designing and delivering training for relationship building, influence, sales process, soft skills, and professional development
- Proven experience in delivering digital learning using software such as PowerPoint, Rise, Storyline, Camtasia, or similar
- Successful training delivery in a financial services sales environment, particularly within health and protection insurance
- Experience achieving personal sales success in a financial services environment
- Familiarity with an intermediated sales environment within financial services
