Overview:
As a Senior Information Security Analyst, SOC, you'll be focused on the technical side of information security—making sure IT systems are built and operated securely. The Information Security team monitors live operations, reacting to alerts and anomalies through both automated tools and manual analysis. As part of the SOC (Security Operations Centre), you’ll handle the entire flow from alert to resolution—identifying issues rather than fixing them directly. You’ll work closely with engineering teams to define tool requirements, onboard new functionality, and liaise with governance and compliance for data usage alignment. The environment is fast-paced and dynamic, adapting to evolving business priorities and threat landscapes.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Lead role in championing information security across the project lifecycle
Hands-on technical expertise in securing operating systems and using security tools
Experience in security-related technical investigations
Understanding of industry-standard security practices
Awareness of the current version of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS)
Excellent communication and documentation skills, with strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Pragmatic approach to governance and risk administration
A committed, flexible, and can-do attitude
What You Will Do:
Own the technical side of incident management for information security issues
Conduct security-related investigations
Oversee daily security operations and serve as an escalation point when needed
Respond to and report on system alerts from various monitoring technologies
Lead security considerations throughout the project lifecycle
Develop deep business understanding to support the team effectively
Liaise with broader business units to ensure compliance with security requirements across different jurisdictions
Create technical documentation and take an active role in audits as needed
