We’re seeking an Inside Sales & Renewals Representative to join our team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
As an Inside Sales & Renewals Representative you will be responsible for generating, managing, and closing new business opportunities, whilst managing & maintaining existing customer renewals, through successfully aligning our software with customer needs and requirements.
This is the ideal role for someone that’s keen to learn and pursue a career in sales in the B2B tech industry. In return we will give you thorough onboarding and all of the support and knowledge you need to succeed, with longer term career progression paths for your future.
The role:
Reporting into our Inbound Sales Manager, you’ll fast become an expert in one of Redgate’s tools and our sales framework.
You’ll be responsible for speaking with our customers through video calls, telephone, email and social media to identify and understand their requirements and align our comprehensive offerings to their needs. You’ll be responsible for actioning marketing generated leads alongside self-generating leads, to identify and close new business opportunities, delivering new licence revenue for the EMEA team. You will also build relationships with existing renewal customers and identify and mitigate risks to the renewal to ensure retention, working with relevant internal teams to co-ordinate and close renewals and expand their installed base.

What would help but not essential?
· Experience of working in a telephone based sales role
· Experience of working with Salesforce or other similar CRM
· Previous experience within the tech industry
What’s the package? · A great benefits package.
· Salary range is circa £32,000 to £35,000 depending on experience
· You’ll work about 40 hours a week, with flexible work time. We could consider part-time hours over a 5-day working week, please share what you’re seeking with us

In Commercial we come together in the office every Thursday, as well as other ad-hoc events and days.

For this position, a twice weekly visit to our Austin office is required.
