JOB DESCRIPTION

Join us in a dynamic role where you will drive the effective management of the Internal Audit Associate Team resources, ensuring seamless audit delivery and impactful collaboration across business units. You will play a key part in shaping our team’s success and supporting our mission to deliver excellence.


As an Internal Audit Associate Team Program Manager, you will collaborate with Talent Leads and line of business leadership to optimize resource utilization and support audit delivery from planning through execution. You will leverage your strategic thinking and data analysis skills to deliver actionable insights, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners. Your ability to adapt, communicate, and provide excellent service will be essential to your success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate people data and produce recurring reports on Associate Team metrics, including demand, supply, and utilization.
  • Engage with senior management and line of business stakeholders to review reports and resolve issues.
  • Produce monthly reporting for Talent Lead checkpoints covering recruiting, scheduling, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new joiners, escalating issues as needed.
  • Oversee scheduling and time booking tools, escalate delinquency, and coordinate follow-ups.
  • Monitor employee activity on HR platforms, delegate tasks, escalate exceptions, and manage leave updates and reporting.
  • Coordinate learning and performance development initiatives, escalating as needed.
  • Drive communication and collaboration across line of business Audit teams.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience 
  • Proven ability to lead and manage complex programs or projects, delivering results across business units 
  • Proficiency in data analytics, with the ability to interpret models and provide insights for program execution.
  • Experience in conflict management, facilitating discussions, and creating collaborative solutions.
  • Strategic thinker, able to use data to evaluate scenarios and collaborate on strategy development.

  • Experience integrating artificial intelligence solutions to enhance project outcomes and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to foster a culture of innovation through creative problem-solving and adoption of new technologies.
