Job Summary
The Impact & Inclusion (I&I) team is responsible for setting the strategy and leading operations for the programming, events, and volunteer opportunities Comcast employees organize all year long, helping strengthen Comcast’s values of integrity, belonging, and respect, and making our company an inclusive place for all. The Employee Engagement Manager is responsible for leading employee engagement program operations through the company’s Employee Resource Groups and the Team UP program portfolio, as well as partnerships across the enterprise, helping to drive the program’s national strategy and ensuring execution at the local level. The Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for employees and leaders across the enterprise, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to effectively operate employee engagement programs locally. They will support the development and promotion of employee engagement resources, create team operational efficiencies and improve leader tools. A successful candidate will have strong data reporting and analytic skills with proven ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership. They will understand the business impact of cultural programming and leverage key metrics, communications, and strategies to drive positive business outcomes. The candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with quickly shifting priorities, exercise discretion with highly sensitive information, be committed to process improvement, standardization and creating sustainability.
