The role itself and what you’ll do?
The role will sit across the Digital In Life Trading team and In Life Digital Product team to deliver
campaigns that are planned in the quarter and support any reactive trading activity to ensure we
hit our targets. You will be focused on how we drive XSUS Revenue and Retention activity through
these strategic campaigns.
You will be part of a digital product team that is collectively responsible for delivering a seamless
end to end journey for campaigns and trading activity. You will be directly responsible for

merchandising and publishing content in our digital stores to maximise revenue.
As part of the role you’ll work closely with Product Owners in Comms, Web Upper Funnel and My
VM App to drive quality traffic to your offer pages. As well as co-creating a roadmap of Campaigns
and Offers throughout the year with our stakeholders in Commercial.
Minimum Criteria for role
 Excellent stakeholder management skills
 Experience as a product owner or working with an agile team
 Collaborative
 Strong Digital and Commercial acumen with e-commerce trading
experience
 Team player
 Likes to be accountable, proven delivery
 Good multi-tasker
 Be able to work in a high-pressured environment

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Trading Roadmap: Be the point of contact; Be the person who knows the offers
and props that are currently live, going live and last-minute market related
requests. Record this as a Digital roadmap that can be shared to a wider
audience.

Campaigns Playbook: Work with other product owners and CRO Managers to
create a view of what can be delivered to support small, medium and large scale
campaign activity. Utilise past learnings from what has performed well on front end
and with offers and pricing. Create a seamless approach to campaigns going
forward

Merchandising Schedule: Be the gatekeeper to the merchandising schedule
through the calendar year and key campaign activities. Decide what the
proposition hierarchy should be, get stakeholder and SLT involvement where and
when required.

Optimisation: Work with your product squad and the CRO team to deliver new
capability that will maximise capacity and impact of future campaigns and improve
our Trading pricing opportunities.

Trading Performance: Supporting Head of In Life Trading with insights covering
merchandising performance using Google analytics, CRO and content square
insights to drive improvements.

Development: Work with other product owners and content editors to understand
how we can improve our processes and speed to market, then work with the
content development squad to deliver new capability.

Weekly Trading Call: Support Trading team with operational and site
performance insight as well as updates
