Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible to perform operational/maintenance activities on Infrastructure Security Appliances not limited to only Panorama and Palo Alto firewalls
• Managing HA & upgrades on PALO ALTO devices
• Engineer would be working on daily Deployment/Changes
• Managing Break/Fix Incidents & High Priority WAR Rooms
• Monitoring & Operational support for Network ISP Switches & Network
• Engineer will be coordinating with clients through our various internal mechanisms and guiding them for an appropriate solution

• Responsible to design and run planned Security Changes & RMA to maintain business continuity

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree: Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in Technology and Engineering
• Good troubleshooting skills related to Firewall, Proxy & Network
• Good Decision making & ability to deliver during soft and hard time
• Open for 24×7 functional support
