Job Summary

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Technical Security Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through successful deployment. This role is critical in ensuring that solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to drive execution, manage risks, and ensure seamless implementation of new systems, processes, or technologies.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across the full lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, operations, and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Facilitate implementation activities, including testing coordination, issue resolution, and change management.
• Monitor and mitigate risks, escalating issues as needed to ensure project momentum and quality outcomes.
• Manage budgets and resources, ensuring projects stay within financial and operational targets.
• Communicate project status regularly to stakeholders, including progress updates, risks, and key decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending enhancements for future implementations.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing implementation projects in a fast-paced, technical environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• PMP, Agile, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Additional Information

• Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to support critical deployments.
• This role requires independent judgment, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership.
• Regular, punctual attendance is essential.
