Service Delivery Manager
Location: Cheltenham/Gloucester - on site 5 days per week
Due to security clearance requirements candidates must be eligible for or currently hold SC or DV. Candidates must be sole UK national/British citizen and resided in the UK for 10 years and over.

The successful candidate will work within multiple teams and will be enthusiastic and reliable with a positive attitude. Your role will include managing business processes and aiming to deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing and maintaining excellent services.
Role responsibilities:
Finding innovative ways to develop strategies whilst following the standard procedures
Working in an Agile manner
Reviewing all aspects of incident, problem, and change management
Managing risks and resources
Overseeing and implementing improvements to the ITSM framework and delivery platform
What you will bring to the team:
Excellent organisation and time management skills
An ability to use your own initiative whilst taking responsibility
Eagerness to improve
Good communication skills, being able to impart your own knowledge and listen to others
Agility and an ability to adapt to changing situations
Desirable Skills and Technologies
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of higher education and experience
Experience working with company products and operating systems
Knowledge and/or experience of Agile and Scrum Methodologies
Entry-level certification(s) in work field (eg. ITIL)
Some previous relevant experience (service delivery, customer service, people management).
