J.P. Morgan is seeking a dynamic, creative, and strategic leader to drive the Go-To-Market (GTM) and Communication strategy for Fusion, our flagship Data & AI platform. This role is critical to ensuring that every team across the firm understands Fusion’s value proposition and how its suite of products and solutions can transform business operations, create value, and deliver impact for our clients.

As a Product Director in the Chief Data and Analytics Office, you are responsible for marketing, content and communications to inspire build awareness and adoption of firm-wide data and ai capabilities, enabling and empowering JPM internal users to accelerate and transform their businesses and functions. As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams to create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate the value proposition for the Platform to internal users at all levels of experience and across all types of roles within the firm. 
  • Prepare Product Strategy Materials explaining key concepts of the platform and execution strategy, progress and future goals for presentation to senior executives. 
  • Design and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for the Fusion Data & AI Platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product vision
  • Develop and deliver communication plans that clearly articulate Fusion’s value proposition, product strategy, and benefits to all internal audiences
  • Create engaging, persona-based content to make complex data and AI concepts accessible and actionable across the firm
  • Champion Fusion across JPMC, ensuring consistent messaging and understanding of its impact on business transformation and operational excellence
  • Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product marketers, content creators, and product managers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders to ensure GTM and communication strategies are aligned and impactful
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of platform content, including product definitions, documentation, and enablement materials for internal teams
  • Define and track KPIs for GTM and communication initiatives, continuously optimizing for reach, engagement, and business impact

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 8+ years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications, with a focus on data, AI, or technology-driven organizations
  • Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to influence and drive adoption of key product life cycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, and value management
  • Demonstrated experience in go-to-market, product marketing, or communications roles
  • Strong understanding of data and AI; hands-on experience as a data scientist or software engineer, or significant experience in the data/AI industry
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing, cross-functional teams in a large, matrixed organization
  • Creative, energetic, and strategic mindset with a passion for excellence and innovation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can operate with minimal direction
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Communications)
