What You Will Do

You’ll play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the UK Business Services sector. You will:

  • Drive Growth: Meet and exceed new business sales targets within your territory by acquiring new clients and fostering meaningful connections with key decision-makers.
  • Lead Engagements: Qualify prospects, tailor presentations, and collaborate with Pre-Sales to deliver impactful demonstrations of the OneAdvanced Portfolio.
  • Own Your Pipeline: Take charge of the entire sales cycle, including generation of your own leads and those provided to you – through to closing deals, while maintaining forecasting accuracy and adhering to sales cadence timelines.
  • Develop Winning Strategies: Partner with marketing, bid teams, and the New Business Sales Manager to build compelling value propositions, align campaigns, and execute successful go-to-market plans.
  • Shape the Future: Work with our legal and commercial teams to develop commercially sound contract models and negotiate successful bids.

What You Will Have

  • Proven Success: A track record of new business sales excellence in SaaS solutions.
  • Ideally, experience of sales in to the Passenger Transport, FM and Infrastructure Services space and a deep understanding of unique challenges and needs of these organisations.
  • Relationship Building: The ability to establish credibility and rapport with clients at all levels, gaining trust as a valued partner.
  • Sales Savvy: Strong skills in pipeline management, opportunity qualification and presentation, backed by a methodical, result-driven approach.
  • A pro active and structure approach to outbound activity and self generation campaigns aided by the use of Sales technology
  • A good understanding of People & Worforce Management software solutions, and preferable experience of Finance & Spend management solutions.
  • Industry Insight: Awareness of trends and competitive landscape within the sector, with the flexibility to adjust strategies as needed.
