As a Vice President in the Cross-Alternative Platform Operations Group, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and seamless integration of investment data across portfolio construction, trade processing, and performance workflows. You will help execute and enhance complex operational processes, partnering with us to drive improvements and support our evolving platform. Your insights and collaboration will help scale and modernize how operational data flows through our systems. Together, we foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and growth. Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure integrity and completeness of investment data across systems and workflows, with emphasis on data dependencies tied to portfolio management, trading, and performance analytics.
• Support the daily operation of investment workflows and collaborate closely with adjacent teams to troubleshoot issues, manage exceptions, and uphold control standards.
• Drive process improvements and partner with stakeholders to enhance efficiency, data governance, and automation opportunities across the investment data lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance data workflows, evolve platform capabilities and strengthen integration efforts.
• Build and maintain performance insight tools – dashboards, metrics and reporting that surface workflow inefficiencies, guide process optimization and enable data informed operational planning.
• Maintain procedural documentation, contribute to audit readiness efforts, and support oversight of operational controls and reconciliations.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Seven or more years of experience in investment operations, data operations, or an operationally adjacent function within the hedge fund or alternative investments industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in investment lifecycle processes, operational workflows, and data oversight within a hedge fund-of-funds context.
• Versatility to toggle between detailed execution and broader process thinking, with a mindset oriented toward continuous improvement and innovation.
• Experience contributing to or leading operational transformation initiatives—with the ability to connect dots across functions and drive meaningful change.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.
• Familiarity with data governance principles and experience managing data workflows in a multi-system environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high accountability with strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
• Experience leveraging automation or AI-driven tools to assess and optimize workflows.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Broader exposure to alternative asset strategies, including private equity, private credit, real assets or infrastructure.
• Proficient with analytics and automation tools such as SQL, Python, Alteryx, Tableau, etc. applied creatively to solve operational challenges.
• Project management fluency, including experience using formal PM platforms (ex. Microsoft Project, Monday.com, etc.).
• Highly adept at crafting executive level presentations.
• Supervisory experience a plus.
