What you will be doing
- Create and answer clinical questions to train AI in diagnostic and reasoning tasks.
- Review and analyze model responses for clinical soundness, scientific rigor, and relevance.
- Rank and assess AI outputs to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide expert feedback to help improve the quality, accuracy, and logic of AI-generated content.
- Note: You may be assigned to different projects based on your expertise and performance.
What we’re looking for
- If based in United States:
- Must be a CNS (Certified Nutrition Specialist) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).
- If based in United Kingdom:
- Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD) registered with HCPC or Registered Nutritionist (RNutr).
- If based in Canada:
- Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) for those with advanced degrees, Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP) through private colleges (e.g., Institute of Holistic Nutrition), or must have passed the Canadian Dietetic Registration Exam (CDRE) and registered with the provincial regulatory body, e.g. College of Dietitians of Ontario, College of Dietitians of British Columbia.
- Clinical Experience: Strong preference for practicing or recently practicing nutritionists in healthcare setting.
- Subject Mastery: Ability to develop and critique complex, graduate-level medical reasoning tasks.
- English Proficiency: Fluent in reading and writing
- Analytical Skill: Detail-oriented with the ability to evaluate medical content for accuracy and logical flow
Bonus Qualifications
- Research background with peer-reviewed publications, patents, clinical trials, or industry R&D experience.
- Familiarity with AI model development, prompt engineering, or clinical informatics (not required but a plus).
- Clinically experienced MDs, NPs, PAs, or nursing professionals may also be considered for some projects with higher rates
