The Senior Fraud Analyst will identify, mitigate, and prevent fraudulent claims, leveraging data and insights. This role requires using advanced analytical tools to detect behavioral patterns indicative of fraud. You will work closely with stakeholders to build strategies that reduce fraud while ensuring genuine customers have a smooth experience.

Own analytical projects that provide actionable insights to identify potentially fraudulent behavior.
Work closely with stakeholders to explain recommendations and influence strategic decisions.
Utilize statistical analysis and techniques to automate the identification of fraudulent activity.
Continuously improve fraud detection strategies.
Leverage new data sources to enhance detection of fraudulent customers.
Monitor outcomes of interventions and enhance the experience for genuine customers.
Report key metrics and provide performance updates to stakeholders.
Support target setting and budget planning.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Proficiency in programming/statistical tools (e.g., R, Python, SQL).
AWS experience is advantageous.
Proven experience driving actions through analysis in previous analytical roles.
High numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Ability to clearly explain complex analysis to non-technical colleagues.
Results-oriented with strong delivery focus.
Understanding of advanced statistical techniques for propensity modeling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Awareness of AI and ability to adopt new techniques.
