Job Summary

As an Analytics & BI Lead within the Data & Analytics team, you design, develop, and maintain advanced analytics solutions and BI products. You translate complex business requirements into scalable, governed analytical solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You champion data governance, platform optimization, and continuous improvement across the analytics ecosystem.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of analytics and BI solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions.
• Define KPI frameworks, metric definitions, and semantic layers for consistency.
• Design resilient, scalable data models and collaborate with data engineering.
• Build and maintain governance processes for analytics assets and certified datasets.
• Optimize BI solutions and queries for performance and reliability.
• Monitor analytics platforms, implement data quality checks, and drive validation.
• Perform advanced quantitative and statistical analysis of large datasets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs and priorities.
• Mentor and coach teams on data visualization, BI best practices, and data warehousing.
• Drive design and review of test cases, process changes, and deployment of solutions.

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Demonstrate minimum12 years of experience in Data Analytics/Business Intelligence, with minimum 7 years hands-on building analytics solutions.
• Apply expertise in Alteryx and Tableau including advanced modeling and governance.
• Utilize deep, hands-on experience with Snowflake for analytics and BI/ML use cases.
• Employ strong proficiency in SQL, data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and best practices.
• Leverage hands-on experience with Databricks for data processing and analytics.
• Use intermediate Python skills for analytics engineering and integration.

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

• Apply deep understanding of data modeling approaches and semantic layer definition.
• Utilize additional Python and ML ecosystem tools for advanced analytics.
• Integrate MLOps concepts and orchestration tools for analytics code management.
• Administer BI platforms at scale, ensuring governance and security including Alteryx and Tableau
• Connect BI tools with cloud services and manage identity and gateways.
• Document and govern workflows using collaborative platforms like Jira and Confluence.
• Promote analytics and AI literacy through adoption programs and training initiatives.
