THE OPPORTUNITY
You’ll build one of Monument’s boldest Frontiers, an entirely new investment experience for the mass
affluent.
From day one, you’ll have the mandate and autonomy to design, test, and launch a wealth product that
helps clients grow their money with the same care and intelligence they put into earning it. You’ll move fast,
experiment openly, and shape what could become a billion-pound business line.
You won’t inherit a roadmap. You’ll write it.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Own the Investments Frontier. You’ll define the vision, strategy, and execution plan for Monument’s
investment proposition, from first hypothesis to scaled success.
• Move with purpose. Build, test, and iterate quickly using live data and client feedback. You’ll prove what
works, and sunset what doesn’t.
• Collaborate deeply. Partner with Engineering, Design, and Compliance to build a product that blends
trust, sophistication, and simplicity.
• Simplify the complex. Translate investment mechanics into intuitive, emotionally resonant experiences.
