As a Senior Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Commercial & Investment Bank Markets Data Lake Platform Engineering team, you will be an essential member of an agile team dedicated to enhancing, building, and delivering trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable manner. You will drive significant business impact through your capabilities and contributions, applying deep technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies to tackle a diverse array of challenges spanning multiple technologies and applications.
In this team, you will play a crucial role as part of a specialist engineering & architecture group tasked to drive the architecture, design, and development efforts across the Markets Data Lake platform. This includes leading the integration efforts between the Markets Data Lake and Athena, which is JPMorgan's proprietary next generation risk, pricing, and trade management platform built in-house. Our work is focused on business use-cases and collaboration across multiple teams and lines of businesses. The ideal candidate will be adept at driving innovation and standards across a globally dispersed and fast paced organization. This includes working with quantitative researchers and other technology teams to accelerate the adoption of cloud-based data lake technologies.
