Job Summary

The Launch Readiness Engineer 2 is a key contributor within the product launch readiness and validation team. This role focuses on executing structured testing activities, supporting product validation, and ensuring high-quality feature launches. The ideal candidate demonstrates growing technical expertise, clear communication, and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive alignment and ensure readiness across assigned workstreams.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

• Writes and executes tests to validate products.
• Collaborates with Product and Development teams to identify product and technical requirements and ensure alignment on testing and launch activities.
• Reviews and verifies requirements and design specifications for validity in overall product design, with an emphasis towards product testability and verification.
• Assists in identifying viable test strategies in order to support testing product functionality.
• Works with other Quality Assurance Engineers or Software Engineers to identify, reproduce and document bugs or defects.
• Supports trials of new infrastructure designs/services.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
