As a Product Manager in Digital Channels , you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
 
We are growing the machine learning platform powering the Chase app, personalizing the content that we serve to users in each session. Our goal is to show users the content that is most relevant to them, increasing the Click Through Rate throughout the app. In this role, you will help build the platform for Lines of Business to create content more quickly, with consistent data standards, and orchestrate that content throughout the digital ecosystem. You will develop the product vision, manage discovery and market research to uncover the right solutions, and partner with engineers, design, and data scientists to get the product across the finish line 

 
Job responsibilities
  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Builds the long term strategy to scale the product area 
  • Acquires cross-functional resources to deliver against roadmap 
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Demonstrated skill in developing product vision and writing product requirements 
  • Strong track record of partnering with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver impactful products. 
  • Leverages data to drive product decisions, with a focus on increasing user engagement metrics such as Click Through Rate (CTR). 
  • Proven track record conducting A/B tests and driving analysis 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex, technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. 
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizati
  • Has experience managing other product managers 
  • Experience optimizing conversion funnels in financial institutions, ecommerce, or related areas 
  • Experience building platforms that enable businesses to create and manage content efficiently, ensuring consistent data standards and seamless orchestration across digital channels.
