Job Title: Lead Data Analyst

Location: Preston or Frimley. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role

Salary: Circa £47,000 dependent on experience

What you’ll be doing: 

• Developing data & analytics products such as data processes, dashboards, reports or analyses
• Taking a lead role in planning and delivering work packages, including coordinating other Analyst’s contributions
• Ensuring your work and of those contributing to your project meets our standard of technical excellence
• Coaching and support other team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise
• Delivering improvements to technical and project processes/procedures to identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

• Experience of taking a lead in planning and delivering Data & Analytics work packages
• Advanced knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx toolsets (desirable) or other similar analytics toolset
• An analytical mind set, as well as an inquisitive, methodical approach
• Enthusiastic about sharing knowledge, and coaching and developing others
• A degree in a numerate subject, or equivalent experience

Desirable:

• Experience of working in an Agile Scrum team

The Shared Services Data & Analytics Hub is at the heart of our company data landscape, bringing together data from our global operations and generating a broad range of insights to inform key business decisions by senior stakeholders.
