About the role

We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to lead our US market expansion, driving enterprise adoption of our ticketing and event management platform across North America.

This is a strategic sales and business development role focused on building partnerships through a consultative, relationship-driven approach, understanding client challenges, positioning solutions, and closing high-value, multi-stakeholder deals.

You’ll work closely with our Head of Sales in the UK and Head of Marketing in Canada, building qualified opportunities alongside the team and taking them through to close. 

Your mission is to build meaningful partnerships with resellers, grow revenue, and establish Nuweb Group as a key player in the US live events, attractions and mulit-venue markets.

What you’ll do

  • Drive US market entry: Partner with marketing to research, identify, and prioritize US-based target accounts that align with our ICP and expansion goals..
  • Research & profile accounts: Build detailed profiles on target organizations, mapping stakeholders, decision-makers, buying triggers, and market signals.
  •  
  • Spot timing signals: Track leadership changes, renewals, funding news, and strategy shifts to engage at the right moment.
  • Nurture relationships: Build and maintain regular, value-driven contact with key stakeholders via email, LinkedIn, and other contact channels.
  • Drive US sales growth: Lead sales conversations with enterprise and mid-market organizations across live events, venues, and attractions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: Own opportunities from discovery through to contract, qualifying needs, running tailored demos, managing proposals, and closing deals.
  • Consultative selling: Understand each prospect’s operational, technical, and commercial goals to position Nuweb’s platform as a transformative solution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Product, Implementation, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey and strong post-sale handover.
  • Pipeline generation: Contribute to generating approximately $6M in qualified pipeline annually, with an expected $1.2M ARR conversion through nurtured opportunities.
  • Represent Nuweb Group: Attend key US industry events and conferences to network, prospect, and build market visibility.

What we’re looking for

  • Must be based in the United States (remote within the US)
  • Experience within Event management, ticketing, or supporting technologies
  • Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with enterprise or mid-market clients
  • Proven success managing complex sales cycles and achieving or exceeding $1M+ ARR targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic and consultative approach to selling, with strong business acumen
  • Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating asynchronously across global teams and time zones
