The Software Engineering team
The purpose of this role is to lead the programmes of the Business Systems Competency Centre, driving the delivery of high-impact initiatives that enhance organisational capability
In this role, you will define, manage, and lead programmes of capability development across multiple business functions, ensuring seamless IM&T integration across the Competency Centre and operational teams. You will draw on solutions and resources from IM&T service lines and other competency centres to deliver innovative, effective, and scalable outcomes
As a Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of products, creating software solutions for internal stakeholders. You will be involved in the full product lifecycle—from design and development to integration and deployment. Collaborating closely with systems engineers and test engineers, you will contribute to the delivery of multi-layered, real-world solutions that have tangible impact on business operations
