Scrum Master

Join Barclays as a Scrum Master and make your mark on high-profile, data-driven initiatives within the Corporate Bank. As a part of our Analytics Team, you will bring together agile delivery and data project management to shape the way complex data projects are organised, scheduled, and delivered. You’ll partner closely with data analysts and technical teams, helping the business utilise data to improve business processes and customer outcomes. You will play a crucial part in bridging technical detail with strategic outcomes, ensuring priorities are clear and progress is visible. This is a unique opportunity to influence how the bank harnesses data, drive collaboration across diverse stakeholders, and deliver meaningful results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

• Proven experience in Data Analytics.
• A strong blend of Data Project Management expertise combined with Scrum Master experience.
• Demonstrated track record of leading teams as a Scrum Master in a large, complex data-focused software delivery environment.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the capability to influence at all levels: upwards, across peers, and with direct reports.

Some other highly valued skills may include:

• Relevant certifications (Scrum, Agile, Project Management).
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities, particularly within Agile frameworks.
• Above-average proficiency with Tableau, Jira, Confluence, Service First, and MS Office.
• Background in the financial services industry.
