We are seeking a Solution Support Analyst to contribute positively to the OneAdvanced Spend Management Customer Success and Professional Services team and its customers by assisting creating and assisting with the data, automation, requirements and reporting solutions developed for various industries and stakeholders. 

This role presents an excellent opportunity for collaboration with a diverse group of OneAdvanced Customer Success Managers, Implementation Consultants, and supporting technical teams, providing exposure to the latest technologies utilised in the realms of automation, reporting, and low-code applications. 

What You Will Do
Putting “Customer Success” at the centre of everything you do 
Apply technical skills and experience using a customer-focused mindset to take an active role in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving customer project and data related issues and custom configuration to a high level of customer satisfaction 
Support and work with the Customer Success and Professional Services team in undertaking data migrations, data cleansing, data extracts and report creation for our customers  
Support the CS team with tools and processes to improve quality and efficiency for the team and our customers with relation to data, reporting and automation 
Utilize and contribute to knowledge bases and other documentation to ensure new and existing team members understand how to troubleshoot and resolve issues as well as allowing the team to continuously improve 
Proactively identify potential concerns or opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and share these with the Senior Implementation Consultant or other teams as appropriate 
Engage with customers to gather requirements, analyse data and create visual dashboards to allow customers to make data driven decisions  
Create and adhere to processes to collect, store and validate customer data and write custom scripts to extract this data for customers as required 
Create documentation including presentations and reports for our customers and our staff to support decision making 
Contribute to Advanced workplace culture by living our Values 
Adhere to Advanced policies and procedures at all times 
Ad hoc tasks as required by manager 
What You Will Have
Skills & Experience Required 

Experience in designing and creating reports using various BI tools to meet customer needs (e.g., Power BI). 
Proficiency in SQL, data structures, and analysis. 
Strong presentation and communication skills (both oral and written). 
Adaptability to overcome challenges and think innovatively. 
Proactive approach to identifying customer demands and supporting prioritisation. 
Excellent time-management and self-learning abilities. 
 

Desired Knowledge 

While not mandatory, the following skills are desirable, and all applications will be considered regardless of knowledge and experience: 
Familiarity with low-code solutions like Microsoft Power Apps. 
Experience with any Robot Process Automation solution (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, etc.). 
Understanding of Cloud databases. 
Exposure to working in an Agile Methodology environment. 
Exposure to Procurement and Contract Management, Time and Attendance, Online Marketplaces and Legal and Risk Management  
 

Salary up to $75,000 AUD
