As a Data Science and AI/ML Developer – Associate in our Transformation and Analytics, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and develop NLP/ML solutions that address client requirements and drive transformation.
Scope, prioritize, and coordinate activities with product owners; partner with product teams to identify strategic solutions.
Apply large language models (LLMs), machine learning (ML) techniques, and statistical analysis to enhance decision-making and improve workflow efficiency across investment functions, client services, and operational processes.
Design and implement LLM projects using GPT models, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Utilize Data Bricks and AWS infrastructure to build, deploy, and scale machine learning models in production environments.
Collect and curate datasets for model training and evaluation, ensuring data quality and integrity through effective validation and testing processes.
Perform experiments using different model architectures and hyperparameters; determine appropriate objective functions and evaluation metrics; run statistical analysis of results.
Demonstrate proficiency in visualization and storytelling to create impactful business insights.
Monitor and improve model performance through feedback and active learning. Deliver written, visual, and oral presentations of modeling results to business and technical stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with the latest research in LLM, ML, and data science, identifying and leveraging emerging techniques for ongoing enhancement.
Transform model outputs into formats understandable to end users through visualization, clear tables, and thoughtful presentations; assist technical and non-technical users in leveraging and interpreting the analysis.
