Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
Serve as the primary point of contact for engineering teams regarding cloud platform architecture, network infrastructure, and SRE practices.
Guide technical discussions and decisions related to platform and network design to ensure alignment with business goals.
Liaison & Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and articulate network and platform needs.
Facilitate communication between the engineering teams and infrastructure operations to ensure a clear understanding of expectations and deliverables.
Project Management:
Lead initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of cloud platform operations and SRE practices.
Ensure timely delivery of infrastructure solutions that meet the evolving needs of engineering teams.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements in network management, platform engineering, and site reliability.
Implement best practices for incident management, monitoring, and performance optimization.
Mentorship & Development:
Mentor junior engineers and support skill development within the team.
