This individual should ideally possess 3+ years of experience working in an IBM ISV or OEM development environment. He / She a contributing member of the development team responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging of software programs including software tools, operating systems, application programming interfaces, user interfaces, and cross platform communication. The role requires a good knowledge of product domain, the software development life cycle and the process involved in product development.
