What you’ll be doing
As the People Development Manager, you will design, implement, and manage programs that enable our employees to unlock their potential and grow their careers. You’ll champion a culture of continuous learning and development, ensuring our workforce is equipped to meet the challenges of a fast-paced tech environment.

- Convey what this person will need to do to be successful in their role and how success is measured
- Focus on the high-level responsibilities rather than getting too granular and technical

- Convey the value of this role and how it specifically contributes to the team and the company and think about what the candidate will be interested in
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development (40% of time)
- Design and deliver scalable learning programs, workshops, and training tailored to individual, team, and organizational needs.
- Look after our learning management system (LMS) and track training participation and outcomes including our mandatory learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and curate engaging learning content inclusive of e-learning.
- Foster a culture of lifelong learning by driving awareness of development opportunities across the organization including online learning.
- Consult and design bespoke solutions with divisions in alignment with group strategy.
Performance Enablement (10% of time)
- Partner with leadership to enhance performance management frameworks, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Facilitate quarterly performance cycles, feedback sessions, and goal-setting workshops.
- Provide coaching to managers to help them effectively develop and guide their teams.
Talent Development (40% of time)
- Build career progression frameworks and pathways tailored to the needs of a growing tech workforce.
- Lead on the rollout of our leadership development programmes.
Culture & Engagement (10% of time)
- Collaborate with the People team to align learning and development initiatives with company values and DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) goals.
- Develop strategies to measure and improve employee engagement through developmental opportunities.
